Data controller

What data we collect
We only collect data that is necessary to provide the service:
- Account data: email address, optional display name, password (hashed).
- Saved power-system builds you create.
- If you apply to be a distributor: company name, contact details, organisation number and any logo or description you upload.
- Technical data: minimal session/auth cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Why we process your data
We process account and company details for authentication, memberships, saved builds, support and security. Subscriptions also involve orders, billing details, payment status and records of accepted terms. Card details are submitted to Stripe, not Kraftur forms.
Legal basis
Each purpose requires a legal basis: contract where the individual is a contracting party, legitimate interests for business contact administration and security, and legal obligations for mandatory accounting. Accepting subscription terms is not general GDPR consent. Non-essential device storage requires a separate choice.
Who processes your data
Kraftur uses Supabase for database and authentication, Fly.io for application hosting, Cloudflare for web traffic and Stripe for payments. These providers may process data needed for their functions. An EU server location does not establish that all processing occurs in the EU. Contact us for provider details and applicable transfer safeguards.
How long we keep it
Retention depends on purpose: account and service data during use, and billing and contract records when needed for administration, legal obligations or claims. Cancellation does not automatically delete the account. Erasure requests are assessed against retention obligations; we explain what can be deleted and what must be retained.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data erased (right to be forgotten).
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
On your account page you can export account data, clear your display name and private builds, and submit and track a deletion request. Contact us for full access requests and other privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity: info@kraftur.se
